Tropical Fruit Box has exquisite fruits that are top notch. Unfortunately, on my latest order, after I had placed the order, your system somehow didn't recognize that, as a California resident, they couldn't ship the pink guava I ordered. At a minimum, screening for that should be part of your software. Then, after making ONE attempt to reach me, I believe you changed the order, and provided more of the other two items I had ordered. Again, the fruit was excellent, but the customer service lacking.
