Amazing customer service and delicious fruit! First box arrived late due to FedEx ground mishandling. Because of this the fruit was smashed and arrived as a big soggy smelly mess. I called the same day and they sent out a whole new box FedEx Express which arrived today with everything in perfect order. This was a mother's day gift and I appreciate them making everything right - she loves it!
