My package was delayed 1 extra day, no fault of Tropical fruit box and half of my Mangosteens arrived spoiled. All the other fruits arrived in perfect condition. Mangosteens are very perishable and Tropical Fruit Box was happy to either refund or send another order of Mangosteens, that is true customer service and will definitely use them again!
