My order was a gift for someone else, and the wrapping and insulation were ripped causing the fruit to become mostly destroyed. The recipient called them and, according to him, the people were most polite and responsive, and immediately expedited a replacement shipment. And I am most pleased w/the way they handled things. Their customer service is beyond excellent! and obviously, you never have to worry about ordering and getting inferior quality. they will not let that happen.
