I am giving 5 stars, not for the product, but for the customer service. There was a problem so I reached out and it was handled within 24 hours! I was given the option of replacing product or full credit to use at a later date. I chose the credit. And I’m sincerely looking forward to trying this company again when the weather isn’t so warm with the hopes that the product will fare better in cooler temperatures.
