I received 37 medium to large-sized prickly pear fruits in my medium-sized (8 lb box)! Only one very ripe fruit had crushed a little (small amount of juice in bottom of the box), but since I was using them for jelly, this was not a problem for me. I appreciated that all of the spines had been removed before shipping! The fruits were in excellent condition overall and were well-packed.
