A lot of companies say they have freshness/quality guarantees, this one actually honors it. We had an incident that they easily could have blamed on FedEx. But they resolved the issue with us after one email. Given their great customer service, I will always use them for all of my fruit delivery needs. 5 stars for customer service alone.
