Amazing Christmas present for my exotic fruit obsessed son, he loved everything so much -cocoa pods and sugarcane. We made a simple syrup and ate the cocoa fruit and processed the seeds for chocolate! Coconuts we were already familiar with but those were also delicious fresh. So fun.
