Every time I ordered , I received my order within a ,reasonable amount of time between 5 and 7 days
The fruit was always fresh & clean, , I like a lot of organic fruit, so I emailed the company and they told me even though it doesn't say organic ,it is organic,, . I have no doubt in my mind if you have an issue they will resolve it immediately
