My first box came and the avocado was past it's "sell by date." The papaya was OK but had a large rotten spot. The rest of everything in the immunity box was packaged very well and the fruit and roots were all lovely. I contacted customer service and they made it right immediately, and with great concern and kindness.
So far, very impressed!
