I got first time all rotten mangoes and very sour.I called Tropical Fruit Box,I spoke to Alexadra.She was very professional and calm,she asked me to send the pictures of all rotten mangoes and said they will send replacement box for those and send me one extra box for Atkins Mangoes when they will arrive soon.And very next day they send me replacement box by next day delivery.This time all my mangoes are good looking,none of them was rotten or spoil.I really like their customer care.I really appreciate them for doing excellent job I gave them 10 out of 10.
