My review is for the fruit and the exceptional customer service. The first box I had ordered for my mother as a surprise had been rotten - most likely due to the storms and humidity that week with delay in shipment hence the fruit became ripe to rotten very quickly. I reached out to the company and they immediately sent another box ASAP, no questions asked. This time when she received it all of the fruit were in amazing condition and ripe - she says they are delicious!! I really want to thank the company - they were so great about the whole situation. It was important for me to get her this particular unique gift as dragonfruit is known to be high in fiber and have a lower glycemic index - perfect for diabetics! She loves the gift and I know I’ll be purchasing more from Tropical Fruit Box again in the future. Thanks again!!
