I purchased quenepa for my family but they came sour. I contacted customer service. I was informed the fruit I ordered was not yet ripe and they will replace me order for free. A couple of weeks later I received a brand new order of fruit free of charge & ripe! The customer service was top notch! Tropical Fruit Box has a life long customer with my family. Amazing fruit & even better customer service!
