I placed my order as soon as quenepas/mamoncillos were available. Thus was my favorite fruit growing up so I had to start the summer off right. Unfortunately, my batch was not sweet AT ALL! After reaching out to the company, they apologized and promised to send out a new box when they were sweeter. About a week later I received a shipment notification and two days later I was eating deliciously sweet quenepas. I appreciate the effort this company put into their customer service efforts. I'm very happy with this purchase and this company overall. I will be buying from them again in the future.
