I can’t say express enough just how helpful and communicative the customer service was with Tropical Fruit Box. I spoke with Alexandra, Desiree and Monica while working through some unanticipated hiccups with my custom box. They worked really hard to accommodate what I wanted given the sudden shipping restrictions to California they encountered with certain fruits, understandably out of their control. After a few adjustments, I ended up EXTREMELY happy with my box (yellow dragon fruit, rambutan, mangosteen, cacao) that arrived less than 24 hours before they had it shipped out. Everything was incredibly fresh, well packaged and flavorful. I look forward to reordering with this wonderfully attentive company many times in the future. Thank you guys!!!
