packaging was very well done. i had the pomelos and soursops. they are a good size; the pomelos were actually quite large. they are also at just the right stage of ripeness and would be ready to eat in a few days. it is so great to be able to enjoy tropical fruits even in autumn. and i cannot say enough about this company's customer service. these fruits were a replacement for a previous order of mangosteens, which turned out a little small. the customer rep, monica, immediately offered to replace them with whatever fruits i wanted and immediately complied with my request of pomelos and soursops. i would not hesitate to order from this company again.
