This was my first time ordering with Trouva. Ordered 6 items from different boutiques - all bar one posted on receipt of order and everything arrived well packaged. I was delighted with the quality of the items which was superb. I contacted Trouva informing them of the one boutique who had failed to fulfil order and they responded swiftly and courteously and had the problem sorted within the day. I was very impressed and will most definitely use them again.
