They were fantastic!
I accidentally made an error with my delivery postcode, I emailed them and they got straight back in touch and had updated DPD so it got delivered the next day.
Then there was a small chip on one of the cups (which incidentally are gorgeous and I’ve already ordered some more of same design but different style) and again they got straight back to me and have organised a replacement to be sent out. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
