The customer service from the lovely team at Trouva is impeccable! Unfortunately I ordered a product quite last minute before Christmas and it was sold out. They emailed me very quickly to refund and also offered a discount code for use on my next order. I found the item with another seller so reordered it but didn’t notice that the had given me a discount code. I contacted them and again they were speedy with their response and kindly applied it to my order. The gift I bought was very sentimental and I am so happy that the lovely Trouva team (Leo specifically) helped me get it in time.
