It's a good app and concept. The reason I gave it 4 rather than 5 is because I could not get items that I wanted delivered via the app, which was a little disappointing as I had to go to store. It may also lose you potential customers as they go direct to the company's website.
You do however, give me access to really good products and shops in one place so it's a great place to shop.
