Competitive pricing and great range of goods. Despatch was swift but UPS updates were non existent from them receiving notification of item. After a few days I contacted Trouva enquiring about the transit status who were very prompt to reply and eager to resolve. However, within a couple of hours my goods arrived despite status not changing on UPS tracking page. Trouva & boutiques 👏👏👏, UPS 🤔
