1/2 of the packages I ordered arrived swiftly and in excellent condition, unfortunately I didn't receive the second, however, after a quick phone call (on a Sunday!) they sorted out the error, had email replied in 10 minutes and followed up with a phone call to ensure I had received my package, all excellent customer services!
