Trouva have a great range of original items on offer, and I was really excited to have purchased a unique and niche rucksack through them. The quality of the rucksack was outstanding and I am very happy with it. For those who are curious, I purchased the Conn Backpack from Stighlorgan boutique - in my opinion, their backpack game is way above a lot of the current backpacks available on the highstreet and online. However, the journey to get my rucksack was a little bumpy. After receiving my order confirmation, I didn't receive an exact delivery date for my order- which was fine, since Trouva does state this depends on the individual'boutique's own shipping terms. I found the shipping times that is displayed on the boutique's own page via Trouva and approximated for myself when I should roughly expect to receive my rucksack. When my order did not arrive as expected, I contacted Trouva and they were very quick to reply to me and assured me that they would check this out for me. They were great at getting back to me, and had immediately arranged for a replacement of my order for me after having found that my original order was lost on its way to me. Trouva's own customer care was immediate and efficient - overall, a satisfying experience, and I would definitely purchase from them again!
