I love the selection of products on offer, and the fact that lots of smaller boutiques are brought together in one place. I like the idea of supporting small businesses, but it's hard sometimes in practice to find the time to get to places in person so it's great that Trouva has made this easy through an online portal. The service was good, the only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that the first time I used Trouva my order didn't arrive in the time specified (it was a gift for an occasion which meant this was a bit of an issue) and there was a bit of confusion. Customer services were very helpful though and I was given a discount code by way of apology so was happy all in all. Otherwise would have given 5 stars.
