After ordering an item and receiving an email telling me the order was being dealt with and on its way; after 4 days and no item, i clicked on the 'track your order' link from the email, only to be told the item was out of stock.
It would have been nice to have been told of this so i could have sourced the item elsewhere without the 4 day delay.
