Trouva has great products. I ordered two items the other week, and I love both. However, the shipping company used, Parcel2Go, was dreadful. I wasted 4 days at home waiting on the deliveries. For one package, the company said that the courier had attempted delivery various times, but no one ever came; for the other package, it was lost in the warehouse and came 3 days late. Before purchasing with them, I would suggest discussing shipping options first.
