I was very impressed with the quality of the 30 Natural Blocks and they were beautifully packaged. The only problem was there were only 29 blocks in the box. I emailed customer services on a Sunday and got an immediate personal reply ( not computer generated) and the missing block was with me by Wednesday. I was kept informed of the progress of my order st all times. I will certainly use Trouva again. They provide excelled products and gave exemplary customer service!!
