Very helpful & responsive customer service department. The staff at the boutique where I purchased my item from was lovely to work with and helped me find a way to get a snowglobe (containing liquid) shipped to the US. The item itself exceeds my expectations and is going to make the perfect Christmas gift. I couldn’t find it anywhere else! Will definitely shop with Trouva again.
