I ordered two mugs a week before Christmas. When they arrived one had unfortunately been broken in transit. I submitted photos to Trouva and they arranged to have another mug delivered by courier on Christmas Eve. Customer Service at its very best, well done Trouva. I will be more than happy to use you again and definitely recommend to friends.
