The product itself is great. Looks great, is just what we needed - and at a good price. The only negative is that the bag it came with probably won't last long, in fact the very first time I put the banner back in the bag (in my office - not at an event, it hadn't traveled at all) it already had a tear in it. So overall I'll say 4/5. *EDIT: TRT sent me a new bag for the banner stand and said they are using the feedback about the bag in discussions with the bag manufacturer. This is excellent service and they weren't pushy at all about editing my review - I'm impressed that a company with great prices is offering great service too, now I'd highly recommend TRT and give 5/5 stars. Well done TRT.
