“I would have appreciated a little more communication from the art department, although they did say they sent emails, but I didn't receive the first two. When you ship it would be nice to send the tracking numbers. We received our product hours before we left for a show, so it all worked out...but the anxiety...!!!!”

“We were very pleased with the service that we got over the phone from the representative since I was having a little bit of trouble getting the proper image to the graphic design people.
But when we received the product, we were very disappointed in two things: the material of the banner seems almost like you can see through it so we were not too pleased about that. The other thing was that it does not easily wind back into the stand.”
