“I would have appreciated a little more communication from the art department, although they did say they sent emails, but I didn't receive the first two. When you ship it would be nice to send the tracking numbers. We received our product hours before we left for a show, so it all worked out...but the anxiety...!!!!”

Hi William, we are sorry that the communication was poor. Normally customers are sent emails throughout the process, including shipping notifications with tracking information. We are looking into this internally and appreciate your feedback.

“We were very pleased with the service that we got over the phone from the representative since I was having a little bit of trouble getting the proper image to the graphic design people. But when we received the product, we were very disappointed in two things: the material of the banner seems almost like you can see through it so we were not too pleased about that. The other thing was that it does not easily wind back into the stand.”

“Banner did not come as specified. I ordered two similar but different banners. With clear explanation the banners came exactly the same which is not what I wanted. I clearly confirmed the changes in an email. I am currently in contact to resolve the issue. Looks like they will send me a new one.”

“Your design process really isn't user friendly for anyone without graphic design experience. It seems like having a space to pick color and upload your artwork/text wouldn't be that hard. I imagine a lot of people would still pay for the graphic design help.”

“The lock on the case was greasy and the case looked like it had some scuff marks on it. The case is fine but I do expect better quality for a new purchase.”

“Service was great, no complaints. They were quick and helpful. The product itself didn't impress me as much; I sent a high-resolution file but the print came out a little fuzzy, both the images and text. It also had a bad smell, I had to air it out for a few hours.”

“This was my second time ordering from TRTBanners. If it had been the first, I probably wouldn't have come back. My account liaison at this order was brusque, and seemed to have trouble understanding my requests. My first encounter with TRTBanners (with a different liaison, Dusty) was extremely good, and Dusty followed up with me at every step. The second person was nothing like that. I asked to be set up with Dusty when I placed my order, and either she is not working for the company any more (which would be a shame), or my request was ignored. In any case, the person I had this second time did the company no credit.”
