“I think the product is a good value and I'm pleased with the final product. I had no issues with uploading the design. The proofing process was efficient and the delivery time was satisfactory. The banners look great. My only reason for a 4 star review instead of a 5 star review is the casing the banners roll out from is difficult to open and keep open while the banner is unrolled. I really needed another pair of hands to avoid damage to the banner. When I got another set of hands to help me, they were promptly pinched when the casing snapped closed again. But that's been my only issue. It's a great product. I would recommend it to someone who wanted an affordable way to display their company.”
“My first time designing and procuring a roll-up banner. Great: Thorough information on website, fast processing time. OK but could be better: The banner actually had close to an inch more vertical space available than the website indicated (they said 15", but 16" would work if you don't need a bottom margin). A little instruction sheet would have been helpful. On the small (8.25 x 17 inch) tabletop banner, the spring-loaded hinge in the base is so stiff that I did not figure out how to open it to deploy the banner without doing some unnecessary disassembly. Would be nice to have a little more opacity in the banner material. My background color is light and somewhat pale, so this probably would not be an issue with bolder colors. In all, I'm very satisfied. Too bad the conference I was preparing for got cancelled. :-(”
“The final product was excellent! The designer was very kind and patient to make the requested changes and I feel she did her best to accommodate our needs. The only issue was that when I submitted the order with the instructions something happened in the system and I had no response in more than a week, I had to contact client service to see what was happening with my order. No one tried to contact me until the agent from the chat assisted me. I am happy with the product. Thank you!”
“I ordered the Item#: I002547 Table Top Display 11.75" x 21", plus the Aluminum Carrying Case. It was quick and easy to order and a nice quality product. Colors were rich and matched my expectations. The travel case is nice to ensure it's protected, but if you're throwing it in your suitcase you probably don't need it....well designed product.”
“I have used this company a couple of times now and if you need a banner FAST this is the place for you! I'm giving 4 stars because I wasn't notified my logo would print blurry on the last banner which is a disappointment. It's not so bad I can't use it. But it's not amazing either :(”
“Everyone is extremely helpful and courteous. When I experienced a production problem (color shift in the background) Sarah was quick to rectify the situation and send out new tablecloths. I will alert customers to one issue. The tablecloths are now made with a new fabric (appears to be a more lustrous blend of rayon and polyester) which alters the background color considerably. I would suggest that customers pay for a sample print if color consistency is important to your brand. Also the new fabric does appear to wrinkle more straight out of the plastic wrap. I have not tried a clothes steamer to ameliorate the situation.”

“The team at TRTBanners was great when it came to helping make sure we received our replacement banner in time for our event. However, we wish we had understood the effort that would need to be put into switching out the banners. Probably should have just ordered a new stand and banner as we will be using the original banner again! SUGGESTION: If you included properly sized strips of the double-sided tape necessary for the replacement process, that would be a huge help!”
“Knowledgeable staff and very good selection of professionally well -made products. The ordering process needs some help. Clunky at times online. materials to be used should be described. The banners I ordered and side wall product came the right size and sturdy. I would use black velcro (an option) to hide them if not used with white tent poles. The color on the photo art was not what was printed. Still looked ok. The color of the print on the vinyl banners was not a good match. Use PMS system to get this right? The proofs can only be seen on a screen and printed on paper from the file sent. not accurate.”
