“Everyone is extremely helpful and courteous. When I experienced a production problem (color shift in the background) Sarah was quick to rectify the situation and send out new tablecloths. I will alert customers to one issue. The tablecloths are now made with a new fabric (appears to be a more lustrous blend of rayon and polyester) which alters the background color considerably. I would suggest that customers pay for a sample print if color consistency is important to your brand. Also the new fabric does appear to wrinkle more straight out of the plastic wrap. I have not tried a clothes steamer to ameliorate the situation.”

“Customer service was good and the actual printed product looked great! I was able to change the shipping method midway through the order, and the price of the budget tradeshow banners I ordered was a great deal. I am mostly pleased with how they printed, very high quality.”

“The quality of the product is great and customer service representatives were very responsive. We did receive the wrong size rod for the retractable banner, but when TRT was notified, they sent the correct size. Looking forward to using it at the next event!”
