Knowledgeable staff and very good selection of professionally well -made products. The ordering process needs some help. Clunky at times online. materials to be used should be described. The banners I ordered and side wall product came the right size and sturdy. I would use black velcro (an option) to hide them if not used with white tent poles. The color on the photo art was not what was printed. Still looked ok. The color of the print on the vinyl banners was not a good match. Use PMS system to get this right? The proofs can only be seen on a screen and printed on paper from the file sent. not accurate.
