Everyone is extremely helpful and courteous. When I experienced a production problem (color shift in the background) Sarah was quick to rectify the situation and send out new tablecloths. I will alert customers to one issue. The tablecloths are now made with a new fabric (appears to be a more lustrous blend of rayon and polyester) which alters the background color considerably. I would suggest that customers pay for a sample print if color consistency is important to your brand. Also the new fabric does appear to wrinkle more straight out of the plastic wrap. I have not tried a clothes steamer to ameliorate the situation.
