I have never had a vendor go so out of their way to make sure all was right. We ordered a replacement banner that was supposed to be able to be installed by us, but we could not make it happen and we missed a client deadline. It was a shame because the product looked great, but they reprinted, installed on a new frame, and delivered to us as a make good. Now that's customer service!
