This company has great customer service. We were shipped part of our order incorrectly and received someone else pop ups, which is totally understandable because mistakes happen. I know within my own job mistakes and mispacks happen. They knew i needed it by the weekend and remade my pop ups and overnighted it to me. It was extremely great customer service and I would like to say thank you so much for getting them to me. We were able to us them for this weekends show. n happen, but how you handle it shows what a great company TRT Banners is.
