I had never used a stand of this type, so had to e-mail for assistance! I love this banner I purchased, it is amazing! Customer Service was quick, and I found out I was just afraid to snap a piece into place, LOL But they were kind, considerate and efficient. The banner came out perfectly, colors and photos clean and sharp, hoping to order more very soon!
