The products which I have had the opportunity to try and use (4), have all been as described and thusly an enjoyable item to use and consume. I have been adding "First Date Granola" to my dauly "overnight oats" which is a wonderful addition to the morning oats. And since I am a type 2 diabetic, I find this granola to fit in my meal plans. Definately try the granola.
