True North's family of cereals are exceptional. They really are. The portion of nuts and seeds is large. The quality of the grains themselves is very high. This is nutrition that really 'stays with you' through the morning. And this feature is especially desirable if you take an interest in endurance sports, like running or rowing. I first encounter True North cereals in Brattleboro Vermont where they are made. I have since returned to Los Angeles, and I order them in bulk.
