LUXURY PRICES WITH TRASH REPUTATION? Really horrendous service. I ordered online from the official website. It took them 2 WEEKS to process my order when the site says at most 5 days. Then, after emailing them, they keep closing my ticket without a response other than "it can take up to 5 business days." It's been 2 weeks. Never again, this company is doomed.
