Pathetic Customer Service. Try calling their Customer Service # 1 844 878 7546, looks like they have only 1 line on this number, which is always busy. You can return your online order at a store but you won't get a refund, instead they will ship it back to online shipping location. It's over a month after the return made at their store and still waiting on refund after over a month now.
