I order from True Religion 2 coats. I never received the coat. The used a carrier FedEx smartpost who marked my package as deliver. I never received anything. You can’t contact anyone in customer service. Email takes days and they don’t want to refund you if it more than one item that’s was supposed to be marked as delivered Same date and time they will refund you for one item that is marked as missing and give you the excuse of Marked as delivered for the other item.
