Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered my stuff December 6 was guaranteed Christmas delivery. Took me the entire day to reach a customer service agent through text. I tracked my package to fed ex facility in Orlando its been there since the 14 of Dec. Tried to.open case with fed ex they said the shipper needs to do it. Its impossible to get any satisfactory customer service response. Many of my Christmas gifts are in that missing package. I am not able to buy more gifts so now I will have next to nothing under my tree. I am beyond angry and after this I will NEVER purchase from true religion again.
