This was my first time ordering from True Religion and it will most likely be my last! I bought my son a pair of $219 jeans for Christmas and paid for rush shipping. Here’s where it goes bad… I receive the jeans on 11/23/2022… so I thought! I open the package to wrap them up for my son for Christmas (it was the only thing he wanted) they sent me the completely wrong jeans! Wrong color, wrong size, wrong style! I reached out and customer service was extremely rude as if I’m the one that did something wrong! My son’s Christmas gift was ruined thanks to True Religion and their carelessness. They told me I had to send them back and it would take 2-3 weeks to get my money back and that I would need to repurchase the ones I was supposed to get in the first place! Yeah sure I have another $200 to re-purchase my son’s jeans but either way he will be going without his Christmas gift and then they disconnected the chat and went offline! Oh and I asked if they could at least give me my rush shipping that I paid for so I could get the correct jeans sooner and they told me NO that they would only honor ground shipping. This has been nothing short of a disappointment and a disaster! I have never had something like this happen before. This is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with!
