First off customer service is horrible pertaining to the call center(text only). It's been 3 months now that I placed an order online that was roughly $1200 USD. And up to now have I seen the package to be delivered to me but carrier says they delivered....imagine I ordered about 6 different denim jeans outfits and shirts......so it's a large box and pretty heavy you would think.....true religion offered free shipping......I was a loyal customer up until now.....all my other orders I ever placed with true religion came with picture shown as proof of delivery....all of a sudden the most expensive delivery doesn't?.....I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM TRUE RELIGION ONLINE.....GO INTO THE STORE AND MAKE PURCHASES......$1200 LISTEN LEARNED!!!
