Love the brand, but the customer service suck. No live phone customer service. Just email which take too long for them to response. I order online, but return in store because it doesnt fit. You dont get refund at the store right away. They send your return back to the warehouse before you can get your refund. My problem is they haven't received the return item and it been 3 weeks. So I went back to the store and they cannot do anything but show me it was shipped. Make sure you get copy ot tracking and your receipt. Still waiting for my refund. Never will order again, too much hassle. Never order at true religion online, It's a headache and you might not get refunded for return merchandise. This is a expensive branded jeans with no phone customer service.
