I have never purchased here first time and paid for expedited shipping. My package was delayed via Fed ex. I contacted customer service via text. Their only fake source of contact. The person was cowardly rude, and inconsistent with my concern. Everyone i know will not order from here because ive alerted them of the unworthiness and hassle it took to view and rationalize my concerns. I did not hesitate to say i will never shop from True Religion again nor tell anyone i was helped properly. Bad customer service.
