I ordered a pair of pants and returned them because of the size. I ordered another pair with the right size, but they canceled, took my money in a minute, and never explained why and after a month I'm still waiting for my money.
I have just received an email saying, “Your return has been processed. Please wait 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.” 5 7 from when? How much more do I have to wait? Not to mention that they don’t have customer service, so you have to wait for someone to reply your email.
